Forgot User ID

If you know your user id and want to change it online, login to your account and select My Profile.

Parent:
To find your user id, enter the email address we have on file in your registration profile. Once your security questions are verified, an email with your User ID will be sent to the registered email on file. The email sent will be time sensitive and will only be available 3 days after the request.
