Parent Registration

Registration is currently available only to persons who receive or pay child support in Colorado and have a Family Support Registry (FSR) account. Please provide the information requested below and select the submit button. You will then receive an email that will prompt you to set up your password.

Note: You can choose your own User ID. Enter any combination of letters or numbers up to 50 characters.

Social Security No.

The provision of your social security number is voluntary. However, if you fail to provide your social security number, we will not be able to process your request. Social security numbers are used by the Division of Child Support to locate individuals for the purposes of establishing paternity, establishing support obligations, modifying and enforcing child support obligations and distributions of child support payments.
